Position Overview

Technology powers everything we do. As a Digital Operations Specialist, you'll help keep our businesses running efficiently by supporting the systems, platforms, and processes that drive our day-to-day operations.

In this role, you'll work across multiple portfolio companies to support eCommerce platforms, marketplaces, internal systems, fulfillment operations, and digital workflows. You'll collaborate with team members across departments to solve problems, improve processes, and help implement technology that enables our businesses to scale.

Every day brings new challenges. You might update thousands of products, troubleshoot a software issue, coordinate with an agency, launch a new marketplace listing, or help roll out a new operational system. If you enjoy solving problems, learning new technologies, and making organizations run more efficiently, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Support day-to-day eCommerce operations across Shopify, BigCommerce, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, and other digital platforms.
• Manage product catalog updates through bulk CSV imports, exports, and data management.
• Coordinate projects and communications with external agencies, software vendors, and technology partners.
• Assist with Amazon FBA shipments, marketplace operations, and inventory-related workflows.
• Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access across internal business systems.
• Support employee onboarding by provisioning devices, accounts, and software access.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, networking, and platform-related issues.
• Assist with website updates, backend platform administration, and digital maintenance tasks.
• Help implement new software, automation tools, and operational improvements across the organization.
• Support fulfillment, logistics, and operational initiatives as business needs evolve.
• Maintain organized documentation, digital assets, and operational processes across multiple brands.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology, automation, and process optimization.

• Help streamline workflows through automation and process improvements.
• Successfully support multiple brands while managing competing priorities.
• Contribute to technology implementations and operational initiatives that improve efficiency.
• Build strong working relationships across departments and portfolio companies.

What We're Looking For

• Experience with Shopify, BigCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or similar business systems is a plus—but not required.
• Familiarity with CSV files, spreadsheets, APIs, automation tools, or basic technical troubleshooting is also a plus.
